All Aquabattery products have a valid warranty. Things that are not included in the guarantee or warranty of the battery:

• Deformation, damage to the battery body or poles
• Batteries that have two months of warranty remaining and do not have a warranty card
• Incompatibility of the battery with the type of car
• Shortage or overcharging and reduction of battery voltage due to shelf life
• Battery drying (battery weight loss)
• Battery leakage due to overcharging
